This is a very nice seller but I am not 100% sure of the quality of this organization box yet, seems a bit flimsy or just overly stuffed. It will be a bit cumbersome to use in the beginning, maybe as I use up some thread it will be easier to use and not so tight.

It took almost 3 weeks for this item to ship. Customer service responses did not address the questions, it was almost like the responses were AI generated. As my Grandmother would have said, they were beating around the bush. The item was what I was looking for.

This is a great product. My issue was with the shipping notifications. In total I received 9 notifications relative to shipping. I got the first on 10/1 that it was 'on the way' with the tracking# and a second on 10/7 that USPS had it and it was on the way. This was really confusing so I gently suggest that the duplicate shipping notifications be turned off and only one used so it's easier for a buyer to follow the progress of their order. I'd pick the notifications that are sent by Etsy.
