First time the item came damaged, the plastic was cracked so much that the item is unusable. Seller replaced the item at no additional cost. Customer service was prompt and attentive, this is why small businesses are the best!

Brilliant way to organise all the threads and see what you have. So glad I bought this one with the winder as it makes it much easier to put the threads on the spools and the stickers are great for labelling (although they're slightly too big for the space). I really needed this storage container. I like how I can remove dividers if I need to. I also appreciate the included bobbin winder. Worth noting, however: I'm at a loss for where I'm supposed to put the bobbin labels. Also, I had to alter the bobbin winder with my Dremel tool. The included bobbins were WAY too thick to fit into the bobbin slot. It took a while, but I finally got it ground down. Also, the bobbin winder would not fit onto the side of the container, so I had to use the Dremel tool to grind away part of the ridge on the outside of the box. Now it works just great! (I did try to use the bobbin winder with my cardstock bobbins, which fit into the pre-altered slot just fine, but the holes on the bobbins did not line up with the hole in the winder, and there was no way to fix that.) I'm buying more of these soon.

This box is great, I’ve already put some bobbins in it. Used the bobbin winder. It worked pretty good except I had to use it with my old box because of the bit sticking out on the new one. The bobbins were amazing and the stickers did their job well.

Love the container and thread organizer, the embroidery thread is not the best quality, l will use it. If you need brown there is only one skein.
