I am very pleased with this stand. It is well made and versatile as it can be used with any size of hoop. The delivery service was good, and retailer kept me well informed. Unfortunately there was one piece missing, but I left a message direct with the seller through the Etsy platform. I am 100% happy with how this was dealt with and it is now fully resolved. I love this item....I'm doing a very large project that includes fabric that is about 5' x 3 1/2 ' and it has helped just in the fabric management enough for me to love it. Something that wasn't shown in the pics is the ability to flip it upward enough to get my threaded needle worked on the backside to start the next length of floss. It's very versitle, and since my project is probably going to take about 10 years, I'm delightedd--because now my left arthritic thumb doesn't have to hold the needlework frame. The only thing I wish would have been better is notification of the shipping and getting a tracking number. The date for delivery was pushed out over a week on Etsy when I last looked but then all of a sudden, it was at my door. This purchase was worth every penny!

Handsome, very solid, well made, easy to assemble. This is a nice, very useful addition to my crafting essentials. Just one minor detail, there could be some confusion whether a hoop is included in the purchase. I don't think it was, but the instructions include it as part of assembly. This caused confusion as I did not received an embroidery hoop with my purchase and wasn't sure if that was a mistake or not. A minor issue.
I would purchase from this seller again.
It needed some modifications to make it function properly. My husband added some sandpaper to the upright member to give it some gripping power.

This item was never shipped, per post office tracking information. It is 10 days past the delivery date. Messaged sop 3 times, still no idea if/when item will arrive.
There is a defect. The bottom screw pops out when I go to adjust it. So it doesn’t stay in place.
This would be perfect if the hoop holder was a little wider and deeper to accommodate a Qsnap. ( I was able to put a very thin piece of thin spongy material and longer screws in the hoop holder, so that it holds a Qsnap) Also, it does not easily flip over to work on the back of the cross stitch project.

Arrived a couple of days late but helpful tracking info from customer service.
Managed to put the frame together just following the picture (no instructions included). Needed to add a couple of washers to secure one of the joints, but overall pleased with product, seems good value for money.
The embroidery stand is good quality & not too heavy. It's simple to assemble following the instruction pamphlet supplied. Have used it already & am very happy, saves trying to hold your hoop whilst stitching. You can also stitch with both hands which speeds your progress. Good value too!
